Australian Dog Breeders Conference 2025
Sea World Conference Centre, Gold Coast, QLD
18–19 October 2025
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Australian Dog Breeders Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Inclusions
Your ticket provides access to:

All keynote sessions, workshops, and panel discussions across both days

Morning tea, lunch, and networking sessions as per the published schedule

Access to the exhibitor area and conference materials
Tickets do not include:

Travel or accommodation
-
Additional social events unless stated
We reserve the right to change the program, speaker lineup, or session order without notice. Every effort will be made to deliver equivalent value in the event of changes.
2. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, a refund may be offered only if the event is cancelled without a rescheduled date or fails to be delivered in accordance with what was advertised.

3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferrable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else at no extra cost.
You must notify us in writing at breedersconference@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the event with the new attendee’s name and contact details.
4. Photography & Filming
The event will be professionally photographed and filmed.
By attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional material, including but not limited to social media, website, and print media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff at registration.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of this Code of Conduct.
6. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue closure, natural disaster, government restrictions), your ticket will be valid for the new date.
If the event is cancelled entirely without a reschedule option, you will be eligible for a full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Liability
The organisers will not be liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

Travel or accommodation costs due to changes in the event schedule

Injury or illness arising from attendance at the event (except where required by law)
You attend the event at your own risk.
8. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information collected at registration and during the event for communication, planning, and legal compliance. We do not sell your data.
You may receive updates from us about future events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
