Refund Policy

​Australian Dog Breeders Conference 2025

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.

When purchasing a ticket to the Australian Dog Breeders Conference, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
 

2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), you are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the event is:

  • Cancelled entirely without a reschedule option, or

  • Considered to have a major fault (e.g. not delivered as advertised)
     

This does not include:

  • A change in your personal circumstances

  • Choosing not to attend

  • Late arrivals or early departures

  • Changes to speakers or schedule (provided the overall value of the event remains intact)
     

3. Ticket Transfers

Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us at info@australianbreedersconference.com.au with the new attendee’s full name and contact details no later than 72 hours before the event.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, venue, or timing where necessary. In such cases, your ticket remains valid, and no refund will be offered unless required under the ACL.
 

5. Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, venue closure, pandemic restrictions), your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. If the event is cancelled without a new date, a full refund will be offered in line with ACL obligations.
